This website is an online booking service managed by E-TRAVEL INFORMATION CO., LTD. Please read these Terms of Service carefully and agree to them before using our service.
Please follow common rules and manners on the Internet in using the service.
The registered personal information such as your name and E-mail address, will be used to process your booking, and maybe used to promote our service and campaign.
Regardless of negligence, you will be responsible for all action you take in using our service, the administrator of your computer device, or network environment. Our company assume no responsibility for any problems. You will be responsible for settlement of any damages caused to the third party during the use of our service. In case of our incurring damage, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the incurred loss.
In principle, correspondence will be made via E-mail. When the mail is sent through our mail server, we consider you to have been notified. We assume no responsibility when you did not receive the mail due to your Internet environment or computer system failure.
When making a reservation, please read the terms listed on this page carefully. Then, fill in the required information via the “Reservation Form” for the relevant service, and click the “I agree to the terms” button at the bottom of the confirmation page to submit your request. Based on the submitted reservation form, we will check the tour availability and other details, and send you a Reservation Confirmation Email. This email will clearly outline your reservation details, including the fees, so please review it carefully. If all the information is correct, please make the payment for the specified amount within 10 days of receiving the Reservation Confirmation Email or by the payment deadline indicated in the email. Once we confirm your payment, we will send a final reservation confirmation email with a prepaid voucher (PDF) attached. At this point, your reservation will be officially confirmed.
Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment by the specified deadline, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
After receiving your reservation form, we will check the availability, and send you a "Booking Confirmation E-mail" within 24 hours which contains the summary of your request , the total price, and the method of payment. Please review it carefully. 50% deposit or full payment should be made within 10 days after we send out the "Booking Confirmation E-mail". ・Bank transfer Bank transfer is also available for those who live in Thailand. Please transfer the total amount to our bank account listed on the “Booking Confirmation E-mail”. All bank charges must be paid by the customer. ・Credit Card We accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB cards for your payment. After submitting a reservation form, you will receive a Booking Confirmation E-mail with link URL for E-Payment Service(presented by Ayudhya Bank), and complete the settlement procedure in accordance with procedure.
Please note that 4 % credit card handling charge will be added to the total amount of your bill for credit card settlement. Bank transfer payment is available for Thai residents only. Bank transfer fee would be borne by customer. For prompt processing, when you transfer money, please let us know about it via e-mail.
We will send you a confirmation E-mail with a "Deposit Receipt" within 24 hours after we receive your payment. Your reservation is completed at this point. Please print out the voucher and present it to the tour leader on boarding.
*Please note that if you fail to place the payment by due date, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Please note that when you cancel the booking due to personal reasons, cancellation fee will be applied as follows.(Cancellation policies are different depending on the boat operators.) *If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will refund you the balance after deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy. All bank charges must be paid by the customer. it will also be deducted from the refunding amount. If your payment is made by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a Thai Baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate. * If the booking be canceled by reason of weather or our company's convenience, a full amount of your payment will be refund. However, please note that our company or boat operator assumes no responsibility for any other loss such as traveling expenses.
