[Similan Islands] [Bon Island] [Tahcai Island] [Richelieu Rock]
Beacon Point and Atlantis X are off Island 8, the Similan Islands' biggest island. Beacon Point is a comfortable dive with white sand and colourful coral spread over a gentle slope. The southern tip is home to impressive topography with boulders overlapping each other. You can enjoy both scenes on one dive. Atlantis X is a shipwreck that gives the site its name, and here you can enjoy wreck diving. Schools of longfin batfish often appear at the bow.

In August 2002, she was out on a tour in low season when the Similan Islands National Park is usually closed. Then, the waves became high due to the monsoon from the west. Several other boats also lie around the Similan Islands. * Today, between mid-May and mid-October,all boats are banned by the Thai government from entering waters around the Similan Islands,to protect coral reefs and guarantee safety.
